2. Products & Orders
Boss Babe House offers a variety of physical products, digital products, personalized products, beauty products, lifestyle items, accessories, toys, planners, and other merchandise.
All product descriptions, photos, prices, and availability may be updated or changed without prior notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders when necessary.
3. Personalized Products
Personalized products, including Custom Photo Magnets, are made specifically for you.
Production begins shortly after your order has been placed.
Because these products are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned once production has started, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded photos, names, text, and other personalization details are correct before completing their order.
4. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically.
Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except where required by applicable law or in the event of a technical issue.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be completed before production or shipment begins.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, or cancel orders containing incorrect pricing due to technical or human error.
If payment cannot be verified or authorized, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping estimates are provided as guidelines only.
Some products—including NeeDoh products, Budget Planners, personalized products, and selected collections—may require additional production or shipping time.
Estimated delivery times may vary due to supplier availability, production schedules, customs, weather conditions, international transportation, or carrier delays.
Boss Babe House is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Product Packaging
To ensure products arrive safely, Boss Babe House may carefully repackage certain products when the original retail packaging has been damaged during transportation.
This applies in particular to authentic NeeDoh products.
Repackaging does not affect the authenticity, quality, safety, or functionality of the product.
8. Returns & Refunds
Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
Certain products, including personalized items, digital products, and opened hygiene products, may not be eligible for return.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

11. Product Information
We make every effort to display products, colours, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations in colour, printing, packaging, sizing, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing processes, or supplier differences.
These minor variations do not constitute a product defect.
12. Limitation of Liability
