Refund & Return Policy

At Boss Babe House, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.


14-Day Return Policy

For eligible physical products, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with all accessories (where applicable).

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Please contact us before sending any item back.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.


Products That Cannot Be Returned

The following products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Personalized products (including Custom Photo Magnets)

  • Digital products and downloadable files

  • Gift cards

  • Opened hygiene or beauty products where the safety seal has been broken

  • Products that have been used


Custom Photo Magnets

Each Custom Photo Magnet is made especially for you using the photo(s) you upload.

Because every order is personalized, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once production has started.

Please make sure your uploaded photos and order details are correct before completing your purchase.

If your magnets arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

If the issue was caused during production or by our mistake, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement.


NeeDoh Products

All NeeDoh products sold by Boss Babe House are brand new and carefully inspected before shipping.

Due to international transportation, the original retail packaging may occasionally arrive with cosmetic damage.

To ensure you receive your product in the best possible condition, we may carefully repackage your authentic NeeDoh in our own protective Boss Babe House packaging.

Please note:

  • The product itself remains brand new, unused, and authentic.

  • Minor damage to the original retail packaging does not affect the quality, safety, or functionality of the product.

  • Repackaging is done solely to protect your product and improve your shopping experience.

If the NeeDoh product itself is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos so we can provide an appropriate solution.


Budget Planners

Some Budget Planners are produced or restocked through our production partners.

Estimated delivery time is generally 10–21 business days, although delays may occasionally occur due to production demand or logistics.

If your planner arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery so we can assist you.


Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase.

Because they are available immediately after delivery, digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the file is technically defective or required by applicable consumer law.

If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.


Shipping Delays

Most orders are processed quickly; however, some products may require additional processing or restocking.

Estimated delivery times:

  • NeeDoh Collection: 10–21 business days

  • Budget Planners: 10–21 business days

  • Selected pre-order or limited edition products: 10–21 business days

Delivery estimates are guidelines only. Delays caused by suppliers, production partners, customs, shipping carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.


Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Orders

If you receive:

  • a damaged item;

  • an incorrect product;

  • or a manufacturing defect,

please email info@bossbabehouse.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

After reviewing your claim, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where applicable.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
